Description: Amazonite has a rich history of its uses since ancient times. In Egypt, the stone was found in a pharaoh’s tomb, and it was popular to wear as an amulet or jewelry; in Mesopotamia, people made offerings of it to Tiamat, the goddess of brine and oceans. Makes me wonder where my work will end up in a couple of thousand years.

Cast, cut, ground, and polished. With love.
