Description: This piece is a beautiful example of why I save ‘scrap’ cuts from the rocks and minerals I use. The apatite is cut thin enough to be translucent when it’s held up to the light—it even looks like the crystal structure extends upwards and blends in with the glass.

Cast, cut, ground, and polished. With love.
