Description: Pieces from the Moonrise series take triple or quadruple the amount of time to laminate as vitroliths do. I’m honing and adjusting my process with every round of glue-up sessions here in the studio—changing how I lay out the sheet glass beforehand, how many pieces I do in a batch, how I prep the stones… The pieces from the most recent laminations (including this one) came out phenomenally, which is exactly why I tweak the process for improvement.
