There’s an other-worldly feel to this piece…ethereal in a way that few of my sculptures are. It’s also got significant heft, a gravity that goes beyond a typical stone for whatever reason. In short, I can’t explain this contradiction of weight/visual lightness or where this one came from exactly, but I’m happy it’s here. 

Cast, cut, ground, and polished. With love.
